Mental health has become a critical workplace issue that affects employee well-being, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. This study examines strategies that Caribbean organizations can implement to reduce mental health stigma and improve employee well-being, with particular emphasis on the role of employers, human resource practitioners, and coworkers. This study aims to answer the question: “What strategies can Caribbean organizations implement to reduce mental health stigma and improve employee well-being in the workplace?” The study employs a qualitative conceptual analysis using an interpretive and analytical design. Data were obtained from secondary sources, including peer-reviewed journal articles, academic books, policy documents, reports, and credible online sources. The analysis revealed that workplace mental health can be strengthened through supportive leadership, mental health awareness initiatives, employee assistance programs, open communication, anti-stigma policies, flexible work arrangements, and coworker support. The findings also highlight cultural barriers and stigma within Caribbean workplaces that often discourage help-seeking behaviors. The study concludes that organizations can improve employee mental health by institutionalizing support systems, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and strengthening organizational resources that promote psychological well-being and long-term organizational success.
