The Journal of Law, Policy and Society (JLPS) invites scholars, legal practitioners, policymakers, and interdisciplinary researchers to submit original manuscripts for Volume 2, a special issue dedicated to one of the most significant legal and societal transformations of our time:

AI, Governance, and the Future of Law: Artificial Intelligence, Regulation, and Human Rights

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly reshaping legal systems, public governance, business, education, and society. As governments and international organizations develop regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies, fundamental questions continue to arise regarding accountability, transparency, fairness, privacy, intellectual property, access to justice, and the protection of human rights.
